My wife and I were referred to Lance Dickson and his team at Cross Country Mortgage. I want to say that Lance and his team were very enjoyable to work with. Communication was clear and direct. Availability was always immediate and the overall process was speedy. As a result we were able to close earlier than expected and are now loving are new property! I wouldn't recommend any other mortgage company than Cross Country Mortgage to the public, friends or family.
Communication of the process and continuing updates were key to keeping me informed and on track.
Lance and his team went above and beyond what I would expect from a loan company. Unbelievably professional, touched base every single day to update me, and just overall extremely pleasant to work with. They were able to get the job done when other companies were not. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a home!
