Lance is a pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable. There’s no question you can ask him that he can’t find an answer for if he doesn’t already have it. This is the second or maybe third mortgage we have worked together on. I will send my customers and clients to him and of course I will continue to work with him for years to come.

First time buyer I was, and Lance was awesome. I tried a few different people in the last 5 or so years. But none of them were on top of it and helpful like Lance. My family and I thank the Lord for bringing Lance into our lives to help us get the home we prayed for.
