They don’t value their customers, The tellers are always rude, not professional at all. I would not recommend this credit union.

I've had a personal and joint accounts for about 3 months. Every month, I have been unable to access my accounts with my ATM/credit/debit card. The card also doesn't have a chip which makes it impossible to use at certain places. It also doesn't work at all at royal farms gas stations. Last month, I had an issue and followed the steps they laid out for me this month so I wouldn't have any issues. It again didn't work because they didn't follow through on their end.
