John was amazing to work with. I have been smoking for 20 years and have tried medication, patches, gum etc. I am currently 4 days clean and the difference with hypnotherapy and other treatments is the cravings are not as strong and don't hold anger and frustration in them. I would absolutely recommend John Stewart to anyone that wants to give up this habit.
