These people do not care about our children! My son has had his stoma since 2013 and the last 12 years ordering have been nothing but grief. Today, YET AGAIN I have tried 14 times to order my child's essential prescription items. The phone lines have diverted to an "unable to take your call, please call back later" message. This is unfair and you are making it so hard to order something that should be so simple. Shocking service. Trying to order stoma bags for the past week & it just keeps going to answer phone. Absolutely disgusting
From reception through to consultation/ Doctor examination for prostrate,plus examination on my penis all carried out with pure professionalism,and upmost dignity to me the patient really made me feel at ease can’t praise Dr Abbot enough. Thank you Tracy & Maggie at reception are outstanding in their contribution to this practice nothing is to much trouble for them I’m overwhelmed at how they went beyond their rolls as staff to basically give me a personal service
I had a blood test booked for 13.00 today and was called early to ask if I could get there as soon as possible as they had cancellations. I was in, had blood test and was out again in less that 5 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service and the nurse who took the blood sample was extremely friendly too. Well recommended.
