I am having my first meal now of yesterday's delivery from the Lancaster Farm Fresh Cooperative. Feels like I was reborn in heaven. Their Lacinato Kale is the best I've ever had. Soft like silk, and so tasty. And the other items are also in another league altogether-- so flavorful. I couldn't ask for anything better. It is amazing. I am a raw food vegan, and I eat everything just as it is-- uncooked, no salt or spices or oil-- nothing. I eat it just as it is, so I get the true favor of all the fruits and vegetables.
