For a tax bureau, they sure can't answer any questions about taxes. The guy who answered the phone sounds like the one who is actually getting my taxes, probably my SS too when I retire. Sure doesn't sound like he belongs here. They're a bunch of thieves, just like all tax is. Wish them all a boat load of karma ass pain.
