It might seem random to leave a review for a government office, but I would wanted to share my appreciation. Deena and Tracie were very polite and understanding of my problem. They showed me exactly what I needed to do to fix the issue and walked me through it kindly. Thank you ladies!
1st time when I went in person, it was good to see friendly staff in a county office. I have had nightmares before, not here. I read other reviews about phone not being connected and all. That was a year ago though. I was able connect with real people in real time. All the help over the phone. I was able to finish my work using email and online system. I didn’t need to drive 30 min one way this time. Call first and see if you really need to drive there.
What's going on. The phone never connects and now you can't email with a question on your car license renewal forcing a 50 mile round trip drive. DISGRACEFUL!!!!@!@
