I have been cooking with cast iron for decades and absolutely love it. It is so nice to see a place making things of this quality and standard again. So many things have changed and it is nice to see these pans being made, even more being made locally. The people were friendly and very nice. It was also very nice to see an old building reused for something else instead of just sitting idle and empty.
Excited about new cast-iron skillets. So much lighter and c easier to use.
