After working there a little over a year on night shift, thankfully I found a better job. The staff are not helpful to those residents. The food is horrible, they never had enough wash supplies or larger briefs to properly clean residents, and the management has it in with someone to keep appearances when there is state inspection.

If the service and attention our fellow employee received is any indication, Ron received the best care possible. As a single man with a serious illness, and little local family, Ron felt cared for and cared about by your staff. He built relationships with the caring employees and this made a difference. When he was admitted to your facility he had first hand experience as a patient in the healthcare system. He requested a transfer from Gloucstter to Lancashire. The staff have been friendly and receptive to my father’s needs. The case manager, Mary Lee has helped me through all steps with an extreme knowledge of rehab and nursing facilities and all financial questions.

My brother has been there for 3 years. The staff has done an awesome job taking care of him. Every department has been great. Thank you all very much.
