Disappointing and borderline rude interaction with both front staff. My wife stopped by to get information on options and pricing for my mother and she was met with an annoyed and rude staff. They clearly didn't like having someone drop in despite the signs that indicate otherwise. (We're not affiliated with this parking situation that the home references).
Wouldn’t recommend putting your loved ones in this home! They treat their staff very unfairly the DOC also favours certain staff members. Some of the stories I’ve heard about how they treat there residents is sickening!

What a beautiful facility, my mother is so happy with everything they have to offer, Lanark Lifestyles is by far the nicest place that you could ask for, at 91 years of age mom can’t live alone out in the country anymore, she is a strong woman and knows that she needs to have a place that she likes and enjoys, there is so much for her here, i am thankful that this place exists
