I found the Lana Marks store in Palm Beach on our way to a restaurant for dinner. We were greeted by the manager (Ozzie) who was so helpful & vivacious about the handbags. I have been purchasing Lana Marks handbags for years now. They are of the highest quality of any of my alligator bags. The colors are extraordinary. My salesperson, Ozzie, is extremely knowledgeable and has taught me quite a lot. Ozzie is fun and very easy to deal with when shopping. He is very patient and allows you to think about your purchase without being pushy. Ozzie goes above and beyond to make you happy.
