We went to the Palm Desert location to pick out various lighting for our condo out there. We needed lights for a number of different rooms, from a chandelier for the dining table, bathroom lights, bedside lights and floor lamps. We had a list of places we were going to go to, but our first stop was Lamps Plus and we were able to get EVERYTHING we needed in one stop! They have beautiful lamps but I was looking for a replacement for a lampshade and there were so few. And then the sales person walked away into nowhere.
Mr Perez was an excellent and knowledgeable sales person Unfortunately the lamps look worse in person VS the pictures on the website
I highly recommend going the Lamps Plus in Rancho Mirage if you live locally in the Palm Springs, CA area. Their customer service is excellent! I was greeted immediately by Paola who directed me to the lamps that I was interested in purchasing. She then gave me space to make my decision with absolutely no pressure. I eventually bought two droplet lamps, which Paola helped me with. One had a custom shade that she located in their system with no issue. Great store with lots and lots and lots of lamps on display! Friendly sales people, great prices, and quick local delivery for free! Easy and fast returns if you don't like it!
