I was so disappointed when we visited this store yesterday during the late afternoon. We were the only customers in the store and wandered around looking at lamps for quite some time when we walked by the back counter. Two salesmen were busy standing at their computer and did not even look up and acknowledge us, say hello, or mention that they "would be right with us."
