We recently purchased a ceiling fan at Lamps Plus. The salesman who assisted us (Patrick, I believe) was very helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant.
Arrived at store already knowing what we were looking for. As they were fairly busy we were browsing looking at different options and designs when we were greeted sales associate Patrick. He was very courteous and helpful answering our questions and concerns and also offering valuable information about some of the newer features and functions on today's products. The store is older but the service makes up for it!!! Everyone seems to know what they were doing and knowledge was good. Thats hard to find these days!!
