Neither here nor there experience. The place is empty of customers and sales people act like they're afraid to approach you. We found a floor lamp we like but it's out of stock and on backorder until late July. We decided to go back and order it anyway and just wait but the lamp wasn't on display. There was one very similar except it had multiple lamps but the one person there had no idea what lamp that might be. I guess we'll wait until late July or early August and see if they have it in.
Gave me false information. I was told today that they didn’t sell 100 watt bulbs in California anymore… immediately left the store and found the bulb I was looking for at petsmart less than 3 miles away. Always good to do a quick google search before spreading misinformation to customers ☺️
Arrived about 10 minutes prior to closing time. Was not greeted by anyone nor did we see anyone. Was there to pick out multiple light fixtures for our house we are building. Then promptly at six someone appeared and in a very firm tone stated "we are closed" no hi, no is there anything I can help with, nothing. We are closed and proceeded turning off all the lights. I had a very frustrating experience with Lamps Plus Pleasant Hill. I ordered 2 lights over 2 months ago-I received one but the other ($600) was projected to ship mid October. I waited a week past the shipping due date and still no email saying it shipped and no call from store clueing me into when I would receive my light. I called the store and was told it would arrive at the end of the week. It did not arrive so the next week I again called to find out what was going on.
