Beware purchasing anything from this store. Their products are not worth purchasing since once the bulbs go out, you can never find their replacements at the store or anywhere else. That leaves only one option.....replace the whole fixture. This is a unique way this store has found to sell more lamps. Pathetic!
We purchased several ceiling fans from this location in Brea around 1988 to early 1990’s most we replaced this year. Currently, the quality and service I received from this store has not changed. On Friday March 20th Marilyn B. assisted me in purchasing an important light fixture. She was extremely helpful and patient. VERY Customer Service Oriented. Very good place to shop lights and lamps, chandeliers, small furnitures.
Geraldine was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. She provided exceptional service. I highly recommend Lamps Plus in Brea and Geraldine in particular.
