Very disappointing experience. Ordered directly from the store and then was shipped someone else’s order including shipping invoice with their personal information because no one double checked the shipping label matched the shipping invoice. both of which were visible on the outside of the box. After waiting on hold for a while to talk to customer service, I now have to wait over a week to get my correct light and deal with send back the wrong one. The customer service is excellent.
Aedan was very professional, he helped a lot with the entire order a really pleasure to work with him!! He found 4 different types of bulbs and adjusted them to meet my needs. Even found alternatives that couldn’t be provided in store! Demonstrated a great knowledge of his products and helped find old items. Good job Aedan!!
Very much appreciate all the transactions we’ve done in the last six months with lamps plus. We worked with Kay for the majority of the lighting for our new house. Also worked with Austin on several visits and on one occasion with Aedan. All of them were great help.
