Even One Star is too generous here. On May 11th 2026 my wife and I both age 75 atteded the store and were waited on by i presume was the owner Mr Glenn Muir, who was very kind and patient with us. After spending abut an hour with us we completed a custom order for two Lazy Boy Chairs for a total cost of $3611.42. We were asked to make a 1000. deposit to complete the order which we did using our mastercard. I purchased 2 lift chairs from here and they are defective. The material is patched in places and creased and wrinkled. They look terrible. Upon contacting the store I was told they were used and couldn't be returned. They were not even in my home and are still in plastic in my garage .Then they said my name was on them on the bottom and they can't resale.
