Disappointed in their customer service and attention to detail. I ordered a storm window replacement way back in October and paid for it upfront. I hear no updates for over two months, so I called them up and turns out they've had it for awhile "back in the shed". That's irritating by itself, but when I got home and checked the frame, it was way off size in both width and height.
