So glad to receive the first huipil in my life which I am sure will be more. A very beautiful craft which was very specialty to see in real, feel and wear. Also arrive very quickly considering it came all the way from Guatemala. So glad to support Guatemalan women as well. Fell in love with the shop now ♥️.
I purchased a beautiful Guatemalan huipil after seeing it on Lamour Artisans' Instagram page. Willow's communication was prompt and attentive and the sale was secured in just a few days' time. DHL Express shipping was timely, and the piece was even better in person, revealing shades of blue that I hadn't seen originally. The weight of the cotton was dreamy and embroidery stunning! I would definitely order from Lamour Artisans again!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my huipiles! I wore this pink one to an evening outdoor gala and it was perfect. The embroidery is magnificent and the fabric has a luxurious weight. I felt so comfortable which is not always the case. I am a Plus size 2x and it fit perfectly with ample room. I sewed up the sides for a more finished look. Wore it over a Paper Lace dress with a Navajo silver necklace. I will be ordering more
