Extremely Frustrating Experience This company has proven to be extremely unreliable over the years. You simply can’t get disks for the Spin Lab systems—they’ve been on backorder for 3 to 6 months at a time, repeatedly, for the past 5 years. At first, delays were blamed on COVID; now it’s just “6 more weeks,” with no explanation or resolution. Great Safety Culture
Great product for testing
This company used to be very reliable and have great customer service! However, now it takes months on end to get products from this company and when you call customer service you get the template response of “We will expedite and get it out in the next day or so”. I have been waiting for over 2 months for an order now with those same promises. I also have experienced orders getting sent to wrong companies in completely different states too. Save the headache and money and go somewhere else.
