Great Safety Culture
Great product for testing
This company used to be very reliable and have great customer service! However, now it takes months on end to get products from this company and when you call customer service you get the template response of “We will expedite and get it out in the next day or so”. I have been waiting for over 2 months for an order now with those same promises. I also have experienced orders getting sent to wrong companies in completely different states too. Save the headache and money and go somewhere else.
We purchased two years worth of pH reagent tabs for our ColorQ 2x digital tester from LaMotte that were defective. We tested our tap water, our pool water and rainwater with these tabs, and the color (and pH reading) was always the same. I contacted tech support multiple times over several months. Initially I was told that the complaint was being sent to Quality Control. However, when I followed up with them, I never got a response again.
