I have been using Eric to file all my Patents, Trademarks (I've filed over 50 TMs with him) and copyrights for ten years. He is by far the best and most inexpensive lawyer I've ever dealt with. He gets our patents passed and accepted when other lawyers fail. Eric doesn’t even deserve one star. He charged me over 12k for everything and $600 just to do a “search”. He filed for my patent incorrectly. Neglected all of the details thinking that a general statement would be good enough. It ended up getting rejected. He’s definitely a money hungry scammer. I will be reporting you to the bar. UPDATE (8/18/24): I reject Eric’s comment about this review being a scam. He doesn’t want to be exposed. Eric, I was very much a client of yours. YOU scammed me out of $12,000. Stop lying Eric.
