Bought a 12×12 shed kit in the summer of 2017 from them. When they dropped it off Mr Lamore stayed and talked with my father answering many questions about how to assemble it. The wood itself is rough cut and thick. It was easy to assemble as we took our time over a couple days to complete it. We ended up putting in our own windows andc a steel door that were donated to us. We also insulated it and built inside walls with more donated pine planks. We have had 2 sheds built by Bill Lamore, the 2nd was actually a kit built by my brother and I and a few friends for the finishing touches. Clearly I have been very pleased with the price and quality of the sheds. They’re strong and good looking, as sheds go(many friends and relations have “shed envy”) We suggested to our neighbor to look at Lamore, which he did and is very pleased with it. The lumber was in very poor condition, it was uncovered and in left direct sunlight. My guess is that some of the piles have been sitting there for many years, substantially past the time that is needed to turn green lumber into seasoned air dried lumber. Despite the old age and poor quality of the lumber, the prices had clearly recently been raised, so I was left paying for old lumber that was marked up to the new high price.
