Mr. LaMonica handled my issue with great care and concern. He listened carefully to my issue before making recommendations on how to proceed. Everything he said was going to happen, happened as he said it would and, it happened sooner than expected. He, and his staff, kept me informed every step of the way and I never needed to wonder what was going to happen next. Very personable and professional.
Carlo did an amazing job helping me finish the more difficult remaining issues I had with the VA. Studying my case and presenting it on my behalf. He displayed a particular attention to detail in regard to dates and past appeals; with results showing up within the first 90 days. He called me personally, on a regular basis the moment he found more information. I always felt prioritized and my concerns heard. I have recommended him to several of my Vet buddies.
