This store has taken a major decline in customer service and knowledge about products! Picked out jeans tried them on, sales clerk asked if we wanted them at the desk and within minutes of him taking them they put them back on the self. Miss the old manager and staff

I was shopping for a specific item in this store this afternoon and as I was browsing with shadowing help from an associate, the manager walked up within 4 feet of myself and my partner and said "what are they here for?" The associate repeated what I had told her I was looking for and since it was a loud not private conversation I said she was welcome to ask me directly to which she not politely refused and said she was in fact speaking to her associate about us within ear shot. the customer service was terrible and the one lady was completely rude. they are lacking knowledge in every aspect revolving around the country world…making it impossible to ask any questions. i suggest if you want real cowboys and cowgirls to shop at a store specifically made for us…then fix the customer service and get some knowledge on a lifestyle you clearly don’t live. i’ll be taking my money elsewhere.
I go here every so often. The staff is amazing, and very helpful. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is having a bad day, because they will definitely cheer you up!!!!
