I've have been going to your spruce grove location for years. I've always had the pleasure of dealing with staff and especially Erin. Shocked to realize that she is no longer with your company. She was the most energetic and genuine person, always willing to help. BIG loss on your part. irreplaceable. :(

Every time i shop at Lammles spruce grove the customer service is second to none. Friendly and helpful staff. Erin the manager always exceeds my expectations when i go in, super helpful, and engaging. 5* all the way.
What a terrible experience, I went in to this store with the intention of buying a pair of work boots, took a minute on my own to find a pair that fit and when I did I noticed they were scuffed, possibly worn before as there were scuffs on the front and rear and had mud on the back of one of the boots. When I asked the girl behind the counter she gave big attitude and assured me they were brand new regardless of the mud on the rear and the creases where the boots bend at the big toe.
