Been shopping here for quite awhile now, recently went in though and was a bit disappointed. The store was in a disarray and an absolute mess, as well as the change rooms. Jeans, shirts and stickers everywhere. I was asked once if I was doing alright and when I went to go find somebody which was a younger man at the front, he was glued to his phone. Store hours are wrong. Closed at 6:30pm on Monday and advertised as 8.
I've have been going to your spruce grove location for years. I've always had the pleasure of dealing with staff and especially Erin. Shocked to realize that she is no longer with your company. She was the most energetic and genuine person, always willing to help. BIG loss on your part. irreplaceable. :(
