Absolutely no customer service. They barely have any tack. Sign still says lammles western wear AND TACK yet no point in going in for anything but clothes and have fun finding your size. Service sucked the staff just look at you when you walk it and go back to talking behind the counter. Was in for about an hour left with nothing not even a good bye.
Very helpful and polite, and so welcoming. Will be coming back again for sure.
This store is terrible. I have tried to give it the benefit of the doubt seeing as it is the only store left of its kind in this city. On multiple occasions I have entered to shop for horse tack. Staff working did not once come to ask if I needed help. They were laughing behind the counter and on one instance trying on clothes with one another instead.
