Next to no customer service. Two ladies standing by the counter, one combing her hair, the other acting like customers don’t exist. Very poor poor service. And here I went in with a happy child to look for new roping boots. Sad experience.
Tried returning my child's boots 3 times now as he got the same pair as a gift and have been told they dont have enough cash as I paid with cash when purchasing. Being told to keep coming back or gift card and I dont want a gift card. Its so frustrating as I also live out of town. I will not be returning to this store.
Absolutely no customer service. They barely have any tack. Sign still says lammles western wear AND TACK yet no point in going in for anything but clothes and have fun finding your size. Service sucked the staff just look at you when you walk it and go back to talking behind the counter. Was in for about an hour left with nothing not even a good bye.
Very helpful and polite, and so welcoming. Will be coming back again for sure.
