I bought a $125 pair of jeans from Lammle’s for a wedding party and was extremely disappointed. After driving over 7 hours for the event, I pulled the jeans out of the bag and was hit with a horrible smell — like rotten mothballs. It was so bad I couldn’t believe it. Great staff, lots of sizes, no problem finding what I needed.
In the store for a half hour, the city girls working are more interested in visiting with their friends and standing at the front counter doing nothing than offering to help. Was willing to drop a few hundreds bucks but ended up walking out. Get staff that can deal with people!!
I don’t understand all the crying in these reviews. I went, was asked plenty if i needed assistance, prices were fair, will be back in the future!
Been into this store a number of times with family and received bare minimum amount of customer service. Cashiers pretty much just stare at you and then check out your purchase, no help offered. Will not be coming back here
