Blue collar guy, goes in after work, work clothes, dirty hat. Browses hats, remarks to himself "$54 for a basic black hat?". Walks towards exit and says "have a nice day". Lady looks down her nose and remarks "you can try Dollarama" and grins. I bet she is well loved.
Very nice store with great customer service. Lots of stock and well laid out. This location is the best in Red Deer.
Very impressive service from Tamara. Helped me find exactly what I needed, after several pairs of pants and afterwards finding the perfect fitting hat and boots. For a first time experience I was extremely satisfied. Jenika was also very friendly and professional at the checkout. Thanks for the help, and see you again for sure!
Hannah was excellent to deal with. Was very informative about the boot selection and was able to find the best pair of boots for my needs.
I’ve visited this store twice, and both times were disappointing enough that I won’t be returning. While the selection itself is adequate and the products are what you’d expect, the customer service is extremely off-putting. Staff were pushy, made repeated unprofessional comments, and created an atmosphere that felt more confrontational than helpful.
