Honestly the most healing massages I’ve ever had. Maura uses a unique technique which I admit, at first, was skeptical of but by session 2 I felt the benefits. She healed muscles & more so I walked out feeling lighter & amazing each time.

I had a beautiful massage by Maura. I would recommend her if you are in need of a healing massage. It was a different style to what I had been used to with remedial massage however her technique working with the fascia really hit the spot despite not being as “deep”. She has wonderful hands and was in tune with what my body needed. I felt super relaxed after and wonderful the next day! I will be booking Maura again!
There were specific parts of my body that Maura worked on and I felt a release of tension and stuck energies. And if these were not released, it could lead to sickness. The nursing experience of Maura and her background in energy healing makes a huge difference in the way she conducts the massage and bodywork. She also intuitively knows where to concentrate. The next day after the massage, I woke up more energised.
