Bus driver Mark has an issue with special needs kids, calling them names and blaming them when they react to other kids picking on them. Telling other drivers that my spec ed son high strung and a trouble maker. I'm not the only parent with this issue. He's also a horrible driver driving down the wrong way on a one way street and almost backing into other vehicles with kids on the bus.
