Don’t suggest horrible customer service bus drivers were very rude I didn’t get notified that the bus was going to be a 10 minutes late my kids were sitting out and negative temperatures for 10 minutes kids have came home crying more than once bus company didn’t do anything
If u could select NO stars, I would. Terrible customer service. First day of 5th grade and wasn't notified there was a change in drop off and pick up points for my child. Waited for over 30 minutes for a bus that never arrived only to call Lamers and get a ton of attitude from the company staff. Very disappointed!
