I have had multiple male drivers yell at my children. I watched one leave the bus to get in a 6 year old girls face and yell at her. He pointed his finger at her face no more than an inch from her little face. Now my kids are late every day. Driver should be here at 810, doesn't show until 820 or later. She refuses to take charge when fight break out on a bus of grade school kids. This company is a joke and would rather employ and old person than someone who can actually do the job.

I pulled up at the North high school for student pickup, in the student pickup lane, not the bus lane. I pulled up in front of a bus, leaving plenty of space between us. An old man wrapped very hard on my passenger window. He yelled in my window “you have to move so I can get out”. I calmly said “you mean will I please move?” He then yelled “go ahead and stay there then and I’ll hit you” and walked away. He got behind the wheel in the bus. Don't put your children on this bus. Pick up and drop off is late always and,my kids were not being brought to correct location drop off.

I ride the bus and I am not a huge fan of how they do the buses with the JRG and the highschool kids, they should pick up the high schoolers first because the high schoolers are older and we should be the ones having our own seats to ourselves if we want it not them.
