I was pretty excited about this brand after seeing their designs and popularity on Instagram. I went to the physical storeto try stuff on and was very disappointed. Quality is very cheap, sizing, length and stitching is pretty bad especially for the price point. Im glad I checked it out otherwise would've wasted hundreds on an online order. The sizing of this brand might be suitable for petite individuals.
Buying from this place has been by far the worst customer support ever. I filled out the online form for an exchange and they only ever emailed my return label (which was $7) a WEEK after. I assumed they would want my original purchase to reach them before sending me my new dress so I decided to just try to buy the dress but they were sold out in all sizes.
