I ordered anew loveseat for our rv with Vernon. As with most Amish furniture, it is expertly made. Vernon promised a lead time and delivered it on time. I believe if any issues come up that he will take care of them to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this company. S. Linn
Good construction and materials used. Goes together easily. Functions as it should. BUT, packaging is poor. I would expect that you would protect your good work and our $2500 investment better than the marginal cardboard box with nearly no internal cushion to ease what is bound to be a bumpy ride for even a few hundred miles. While our order survived in tact, I wouldn't count on it with the way it was "packed". You're cutting costs in a vital area of your business; my "first impression" was not good.
