Miles and his team were so flexible; their meeting times were great for my full-time work schedule. Miles gave great advice throughout the whole process and explained every step. The team was very responsive to questions and their portal made every step super smooth and easy. I really appreciated the quick turn-around for pre-approval and under-writing.
