I have nothing but praise for this company's service. I received 2 calls informing me as to when to expect my chair's delivery; the first call advising me of the specific day, and the second giving me the specific hourly time frame. Secondly, the 2 guys who delivered it were phenomenal. They called to let me know their truck was too big to get up my steep curved driveway. i had drop and hook load to this facility from OH, while booking, I’m told it’s open 24/7, when I got here by 9:10 pm the doors and yard were closed. I don’t know this is my dispatch problem, broker’s problem or the facility?!
