I recently sold a relatives property to pay for their ongoing nursing care home fees. I was so glad that I chose Lamb Brooks solicitors. I highly recommend their legal team in particular Amelia Cox and her assistant Isobel Hussey. Both were extremely helpful, professional and took time to explain each stage of the process (I was selling a property as power of attorney). Great communication and kept me updated regularly. I engaged Zafna Hassen to deal with my mum's Will/estate and Amelia Cox to deal with the sale of my mum's house. Both were excellent communicators. keeping me informed throughout. Sadly, I have had to deal with past family deaths so I knew what to expect.
