This place is a joke as it has gone downhill since the transition. Now mind you two transitions in less than five months.They are not cleaning the facility efficiently for health concerns or let alone daily maintenance. They don't even have regular transportation. They are not doing minimal services due to staffing. This has gone downhill since the transition. They are not cleaning the facility regularly. My parents' room was a mess. They don't even have regular transportation to have my parents to go to their medical appointments. They have no y transportation. They are not doing minimal services. at this time, we are so blessed that my parents found a new place. I would not recommend any of your loved wants to go. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my mom to have been the last 7 months of her life. The staff, including the administrators, Director of Nursing, Nurses, CNA’s, activities directors, housekeeping and maintenance, couldn’t have been kinder to my mother. Keith, the Director of Nursing, actually came in the middle of the night to comfort us as my mom passed. Always improving and caring community for our loved one! The amazing staff is very attentive to the residents. When our family member started to decline. We recieved a call from the head nurse Keith about our loved ones failing health over the last serveral days. Keith was respectful, informative and explained that the decline would likely not improve. Keith offered a in person meeting to discuss options for hospice care. We are very happy since Tuteta took over management of the facility. Employees and residents seem happier and are able to anticipate their daily activities. Dee, Keith, and Jesscia have been working very diligently to listen to residents and families to make necessary improvements to make it the best assistive living facility in the area. Improvements are visible every day. We appreciate the care of our loved ones.
