Lamar County tax office is the worst in the state (I deal with 3 counties) for anything. Not helpful on the phone or in person. Just saying. Remember that when the next election rolls around.
Gina was so extremely helpful when we came to get our plates! She patiently answered all and any questions we had about the process and a smile never left her face. She made us feel like we were welcomed guests and eased any anxieties I had. We appreciate all the friendly faces that we see every time we come through those doors!
Very kind and helpful
We just moved to MS and needed 5 new license plates. Three ladies were working in the office and it was not busy at all, although very lady had a customer or two throughout us being helped by one lady. She was super nice and answered all our questions and helped us get all titles straightened out. It was a very pleasant experience. I am sorry, I am so bad with names so I don’t remember who helped us. Nevertheless, to the lady with blond straight hair: Thank you for your assistance!
