I feel bad for the bus drivers here... they put up with so much rude kids. They don't deserve 1 stars. I get home and to school safe everyday. To me, that's all I need.
Worst customer service. They do not reply to emails , answer the phone nor do they call you back. They do not fix mistakes they make and then the kids suffer without rides. This is by far the worst customer service from transportation I have bet experienced. I e tried getting ahold of them for over three weeks now.
The worst & rude drivers/customer service… better off taking your kids to school. They don’t give a damn about the safety of your kid.
