Just had a massage and it was amazing! Super relaxing from start to finish — exactly what I needed to unwind. The therapist was fantastic, and the environment was so calming and peaceful. I left feeling light, refreshed, and totally recharged. Definitely going back soon!
I have to share that I was the most skeptical potential user there may be. I was at the end of my rope with traditional healing services. The massage therapist, Barb Lawson has helped me so much. The services there have completely changed my skepticism and I simply cant recommend the services there enough. Barb is fantastic and was the only health care professional who actually delivered some relief. I strongly urge anyone considering trying out the services there to make the leap-you won't regret it!
I have been going to Lama Self-Care Centre for 2 years now and mostly to see Barb Lawson who specializes in several disciplines. She’s fantastic and so is the rest of the team. You feel like family there and it is a wonderful facility! Can’t wait for my next visit!! Thank you for all that you do and for all that you offer!! Places like these are a rare gem and much needed in today’s world!!
The relaxation massage was awful, but other services were good
I have been going to Lama Self-Care Centre for a little over a year and I can attest to the amazing results of the BelaMD Facial services and the beyond helpful staff. I mostly struggle with cystic hormonal acne and I can honestly say my skin has never looked better / breakouts are significantly less intense. The exfoliation and hydration from the BelaMD Facial has been magic for my overall complexion, while maintaining a healthy skin barrier.
