I had an excellent experience with Melissa the physiotherapist. She was very thorough in her explanations and communicated everything clearly and effectively. I particularly appreciated her ability to accurately pinpoint the source of my issues, which gave me great confidence in her assessment and treatment plan. She also took the time to ensure I fully understood the recommended exercises and next steps. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would confidently recommend her to others.
