I found this process server company highly unprofessional. They attended my residence, left documents at the door, and later admitted this was done under client instructions. For a legal matter, I expected proper procedure, transparency, and professionalism. The experience felt more like pressure tactics than neutral process serving. Communication was poor and the entire situation caused unnecessary anxiety during an already difficult legal matter
My friend had a very disappointed with my experience with this process serving company. The documents were simply left at the property while I was outside Ontario, despite communication regarding my absence and willingness to arrange proper service upon return. Later, I received an email stating the documents were left “at the request of the client.” This felt extremely unprofessional and careless for something involving legal proceedings.
