Matt and Karen have been a sound and effective team helping me with their knowledge and respect for disabled individuals requiring assistance. It can be incredibly demeaning when you appear 'normal' on the outside so your disability showing up sometimes results in mistreatment. Matt Lalande and his team was recommended to me after I was injured in a serious head on collision.
