Terrible
Very lengthy wait time so definitely be prepared to wait. Arrived noon for my appointment (Saturday). Two trucks and the dock doors and 4 others waiting. I can respect the staff let me know ahead of time they were running behind so it would be a few hrs. The staff was very polite and professional LALA yogurt is the side door not the one along the back side of the building. I was given a door just before 7pm. 14:00 appointment time for pick up. Checked in 10:30 am but still waiting through next morning
The people here are nice, but the loading takes a very long time. I waited for 7 hours
