My baby just turned 3 months and has already benefited from bodywork with Paula. After several sessions I noticed an improved latch and overall breastfeeding experience, no more tightness or resistance during changes, greater range of motion and longer head lifting during tummy time. Paula showed me simple techniques to use at home, and my baby loves her calm demeanor.
