Nobody ever answers the phone you got to keep calling back there and the rudeness when you do get them on the phone.
They are rude to my mother and had her drive to Kyle three days in a row for a loan application and each time the person didn't show up for work so they couldn't help her now she has to drive back a fourth day.
The empoyees are rude and unprofessional. They lack complete empathy
