Mom has been at this home for 3 1/2 years. They have taken very good care of her. When there’s a problem the staff is caring. They communicate with me what I need to do if she needs me. The building is always clean and nicely organized. The staff are great!! They are what you would expect from a professional stand point. We’ve made many friends and lost many. I think mama enjoys being there.
The caretakers are just there for a paycheck none of them care about the residents at all. I hope the residents can get better and more qualified help. They also have an employee there that picks on the residents and talks badly about them And rude to them as well. Think twice before sending your loved one there.
Absolutely a great place for your loved one to be! The staff is super nice and very caring! I couldn't have asked for a better place to take care of my loved one!
